Watching Lists

Do the Notes that we can submit on comics we have on our Watch Lists transfer to our Bid Lists? If not, I think we should. If I’m watching a comic, then decide to place a bid I think find it useful to have the note I made follow to the Bid/Offer list since I will be watching that list more.
