Shipping wrong on store page

I have calculated shipping for my items. The amount is usually around $8.50 per single item. When I go my store, the shipping amount is showing $17.00. I assume it’s a setting somewhere, but I can’t find it. The $17.00 is going to scare off potential buyers. Please help Imported from our previous feedback board.
