App not showing my collection

App not showing my collection . It shows only others’ collections , in the account it listed a spam email as my email I reset the password, logged out and it still doesn’t work . If I login online to the homepage it shows everything correctly. If I try and uninstall the app it warns me I will lose my collection Imported from our previous feedback board.
