Account Suspended - can someone help?

I tried to login to my account today, but could not as it is suspended. It appears it is suspended due to the non-payment of some sort of charge; however, I have never bought anything or tried to buy anything on Hipcomic, nor have I received anything without paying. I never did anything like this and have no idea why would owe any money. Please correct my account and restore my account. Thanks. Imported from our previous feedback board.
